Real Estate and Community Leadership in Maine

Roxane was chosen by her peers to be president of the Maine Real Estate and Development Association; a statewide organization with a mission of responsible development.

She is a founding board member of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, a statewide commercial overlay board formed to be the alternative to residential boards for commercial brokers.

Roxane was the first woman to chair the Greater Portland Chamber of Commerce, at the time an 1,100 member organization founded in the 1800's dedicated to economic and community prosperity in Portland, Maine and its surrounding towns.

She is a founding board member of the University of Southern Maine Foundation.

Roxane has been honored by receiving the following recognition:

• Commercial Broker of the Year Award from the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors
• YWCA Women of Achievement Award
• The Public Policy Award from Maine Real Estate and Development Association
• The Volunteer of the Year Award from the Greater Portland Chamber of Commerce
